Malzahn Publishing Bookstore Shipping Policy

Thanks for your order! Our goals is to deliver your book as quickly as possible via the method you select in the checkout process. 

Processing and Handling Time: Domestic (USA) orders placed after 12:00 PM Central will be processed the next business day. International orders may take an additional two business days process. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately refund your money and let you know via the email address you provided during checkout. If you are pre-ordering an item, we'll keep you up to date on the delivery timeline and ship the product once we receive it.

Shipping Options: We offer USPS and UPS for shipping options both domestic and internationally. Most of our items are eligible for USPS Media Mail shipping and this is the default option. We are a business and only ship on weekdays so if you order a product via "overnight" methods, your product will not ship until the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Local pickup is not available.

Shipping Cost: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items you purchase, the shipping destination and the method of shipping. You will have a chance to review shipping costs at checkout. We recommend USPS Media Mail for most orders.

Shipping Restrictions: We ship to the United States and select foreign countries (Canada, Australia, Philippines, and United Kingdom). Street addresses and PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments. UPS and overnight shipments require street addresses and contact phone numbers. International shipments require street addresses and contact phone numbers.

International Shipping: We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
